The Difference Between Org Services and Party Services in Knuula
Org Services is your firm's master catalog of services; Party Services is the list of those catalog entries attached to specific clients.
Knuula has two related-but-different views of services, and it’s worth knowing which is which.
Org Services is your firm’s master catalog — the full list of every service your firm offers, defined once at the org level. You’ll find it under the Services top tab, then Org Services (the label switches to Services (org)).
Party Services is the list of catalog services that have been attached to specific clients. Each row is one service on one party, so the same catalog entry can appear many times — once for each client that has it. You’ll find it under the same Services top tab, but choose Party Services instead (the label switches to Services (party), and the table gains a Party Name column).
The short version: Org Services is the catalog, Party Services is what clients receive those services .
