How to Find and Restore Archived Parties or Contracts

If you've archived a party or contract by accident, or you just need to look something up from your archives, you can switch the Contracts or Parties page into Archive View. Archived items are not deleted — they're just hidden from the default view.

1. Go to the Contracts or Parties page.
2. Click the two-squares icon (sometimes labeled Clear Filters) just below the search bar.
3. Select Show Archives. The page now displays only archived items.
4. Search or filter as you would normally to find what you need.

To restore an archived item

1. Check the box next to the party or contract you want to bring back.
2. Click Restore across the top of the page.
3. Click Normal View to return to your main list and confirm the item is back.
