How to Filter Your Dashboard by Document Status

Use the document status filter to focus your dashboard on exactly the contracts you need.

The document status filter on the Knuula dashboard lets you quickly narrow your contracts list to show only documents at a specific stage - whether you want to focus on outstanding items, completed work, or anything in between.

How to filter by document status

  1. From the Dashboard, locate the filter panel on the left-hand side.
  2. Click the document status row to open the status dropdown. A searchable list of all available statuses will appear.
  3. Click any status to include it in your results. The row turns green and displays include beneath the status name. You can select multiple statuses at once.
  4. To exclude a status instead, click the X button on that row. The row turns red with a striped pattern and displays exclude - meaning documents with that status will be hidden from your results.
  5. To deselect a status entirely, click the green row again. It will return to its unselected state.
  6. To clear all document status selections at once, click the clear button at the top of the dropdown (e.g. clear (1) if one status is selected).

The active filter is shown as a chip above the document status label in the sidebar. A green chip indicates an included status; a red chip indicates an excluded one.

Please note: You can combine the document status filter with other filters (such as document type, team member, or service type) to refine your results further.
