How to Cancel Reminders on a Contract

If you have reminders automatically going out to a client and want to stop them, it's easy to do in Knuula.

If a contract has automatic reminders going out to a client and you need to stop them, you can cancel those reminders directly from the Contracts page in just a few clicks.

  1. Navigate to the Contracts page. You can get there by clicking Dashboard in the top left and then Contracts, or by clicking Contracts in the left sidebar.
  2. Use the search bar to find the client by name, or locate them in your list of active contracts.
  3. Select the contract or contracts in question by checking the box next to each one.
  4. Click the Schedules button along the top of the page.
  5. From the dropdown, select Cancel Reminders.

Please note: This cancels all upcoming automatic reminders for the selected contract(s). If you need reminders to go out again later, you'll need to set them back up.
